Our Twin Cities office is located in the Specialty Building located on the SE corner of University Avenue West and Raymond Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota.
The entrance is located in the rear of the building, not on University Avenue. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. Proceed down the hallway to the right.
Parking
The parking lot is located behind the building and can be accessed off of Raymond Avenue. Metered street parking is also available.
Transit
We are located on the Green Line directly across the street from Raymond Ave station. Bus routes 16, 21, 63, 67, and 87.

Our Duluth office can be found on the fourth floor of the DeWitz-Seitz Marketplace, located in Canal Park.
Parking available in the lot south of the building (paid in the summer, free in the winter). Entrances to the building are on the southeast and southwest sides of the building. Take the elevator (located in the center of the building) to the fourth floor.
